I used cake flour to make the cookies. The outside is crispy and inside is soft, which turns out very tempting hahaa
As I know the cookies surface will become soft too when it cools down, I also wonder if I want to bring it to a party that people probably won’t have chance to reheat the cookies before they enjoy it, how should I keep it at room temperature while reserving the original flavour like it’s freshly baked ?
