Hi Instructor Hanbit,
Regarding the chocolate coating for the chocolate financier, there’s an ingredient: Dark Chocolate Coating.
Is it possible to omit this ingredient? Because over here, such coating is sold in big bucket, it’s just not practical to buy such a big bucket.
Or what is the substitute that i can use? Or perhaps a change in method?
